The Bungay Fire Brigade is dispatched by
Quinebaug Valley Emergency Communications Dispatch Center. When you dial 911
in Northeastern Connecticut your calls go to "QV".
QV then dispatches the Bungay Fire Brigade via an
alpha-numeric paging system. This alpha-numeric system allows QV to send us the
location of calls, type of calls, and any other important information without
broadcasting it over the air.
